Refund policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us in writing within 7 working days of your delivery and return it to us within 14 days for exchange or refund. Refunds will be made within 30 days of the item being returned to us. Postage costs will not be refunded on unwanted items. Damaged goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery and preferably signed for as damaged with the courier on receipt of the goods. Damaged goods can only be returned or refunded within 7 working days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund the goods must be unopened or unused in any way at all. We must be able to resell the goods for full value once returned to us.
If returns arrive in poor or unsalable condition the refund will not be available.
The goods must be returned at the cost of the customer unused and in their original packaging to the following address:-

Please remember to obtain Proof of Posting Certificate from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. We will refund your money less any carriage charges within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
