Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard and American Express — processed securely via Opayo (formerly SagePay). We also accept PayPal, BACS Proforma Invoice and Purchase Orders for account customers.

We do not store any personal financial information provided to us when making a payment, nor do we share this information with third parties.

Please note: only one discount code can be used per order. Codes cannot be used on special offer or bundle items where a discount has already been applied.

Packaging

We take the utmost care to ensure your order is extremely well packaged to arrive safely and promptly. We also believe in our responsibility to the environment and re-use boxes and packaging materials wherever possible.

Delivery

Most orders are delivered to UK addresses within 2 days using our standard delivery service at a cost of £5.95. Orders over £75 qualify for free standard delivery to mainland UK addresses. Please see our Delivery page for full details including next-day options and remote area charges.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us in writing within 7 working days of delivery and return the item within 14 days for exchange or refund. Refunds will be made within 30 days of the item being returned. Postage costs will not be refunded on unwanted items or items ordered in error.

To be eligible for a refund, goods must be unopened and unused in their original packaging. Goods must be returned at the customer's cost to: GDL Supplies Ltd, Unit 16, Rudgate Business Park, Tockwith, York, YO26 7RD.

We make every effort to provide an excellent experience, but if you are disappointed for any reason please contact our Managing Director, Chris Booth, on 01423 359 730. We guarantee to acknowledge your complaint within 3 days and aim to resolve it completely within 7 days.
